Notification when Email sent by User is Read without Marketing Acess

Currently, Users without Marketing access appear to not receive notifications when an E-mail they themself have sent is read.

That information is only accessible by going to  "Sent Email" under "Sales & CRM". Instant knowledge (or at least a reminder with some delay) about a customer when he/she is reading an email helps the seller contact the customer at an appropriate time.
